Response to Challenge :)  

-Take a shower (no sitting in my p.j.'s all day, not brushing my teeth or hair feeling gross)
-Get moving for at least 20 minutes (it doesn't have to be intense)
-Journal and write my feelings out (find out what's really bothering me before turning to food)
-Drink water and eat healthy
-Meditate (breathe)
-Take a nap (sometimes this helps me get defunktified)
-Clean up something (do a load of laundry or the dishes. This always makes me feel better)
-Talk to someone close to me
-Listen to music and draw my feelings (if I don't feel like writing)
-Avoid the T.V. (No mindlessly watching without dealing with my problems)
-Avoid self-negative talk if possible

These are some basic rules for my bad days to hopefully turn em around and make them good days. I realize there's always going to be some type of down day and I wish to effectively deal with my emotions than totally bombing on my whole day and feeling guilty and bad about myself.

Intensity bumped up this week by doing supersets (during weight training) and also increasing my weight this week. :)
